HR Manager

Hi there! We are CipherCross, an IT outsourcing agency. We're already a team of 20 and we keep growing.

Until now, we've been managing the team on our own, but we've realized it's time to bring in our own HR. We're looking for someone to take care of our people, build transparent processes from scratch, and help us hire top-notch professionals.

You'll be starting with an almost blank slate. We don't like bureaucracy for the sake of bureaucracy, so the main goal is to make sure everyone in the company feels comfortable working, growing, and developing.

What you'll be doing:

Recruiting:

• Full-cycle recruitment: from the first contact to the coveted job offer.
• Conducting HR interviews – it's important for us to evaluate candidates' soft skills and see if we are a good match.
• Maintaining the candidate database so no one gets lost in the threads.

Team Care & Processes:

• Regular 1-1 calls: just to talk, see how things are going on their projects, and catch fatigue or burnout early.
• Comfortable onboarding for newcomers and a smooth, respectful offboarding for those we part ways with.
• Building a Performance Review system: helping create Personal Development Plans (PDPs) and managing transparent salary reviews.

Culture & Atmosphere:

• Coming up with and organizing activities that bring our remote team together.
• Celebrating birthdays and work anniversaries, and managing our corporate merch.
• Collecting feedback and working on our employer brand.

What matters to us:

• 1+ years of experience as an HR in an IT outsourcing company.
• Confident English to accurately assess candidates' language skills.
• Autonomy: we won't be micromanaging you. We trust your expertise and expect you to proactively suggest how to make things better.
