Helpdesk Engineer. Newsletter Infrastructure Operations
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and reliable operations assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level position - no infrastructure experience necessary. What matters most to us is that you're a confident computer user, pick up new tools quickly, and appreciate when things are organized and done properly.
We'll teach you everything you need to know. Our processes are well-structured and checklists are ready - your job is to follow them carefully and flag any issues that arise.
What You'll Do
Account & Tool Support
- Create and configure accounts on platforms following established instructions
- Maintain spreadsheets: update statuses, input data, ensure information stays current
- Monitor account issues and report them promptly
Basic Technical Tasks
- Verify configuration correctness against checklists
- Perform regular functionality checks on tools and systems
- Document errors: what happened, what you did, and what fixed it
Communication & Team Support
- Respond to incoming requests and route them to the appropriate team members
- Prepare materials and access credentials for team members
- Keep your lead informed of task status updates without waiting to be asked
Requirements:
- Confident computer user: Browsers, tabs, extensions, settings - none of this intimidates you
- Comfortable with Google Sheets: Filters, basic formulas, sorting
- Eye for detail: You notice when something doesn't add up
English B1+ level: For reading instructions and written communication
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Experience in technical support or operations roles
- Familiarity with CRM, helpdesk systems, or email marketing platforms
Basic understanding of how email works (no deep technical knowledge needed)
