Job Description

• Experience: 6+ years in enterprise delivery; 5+ years in consulting; 3+ years in pre-sales/scoping.
• Salesforce Mastery: 3+ Certifications (Admin, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud). Advanced knowledge of Flow Builder and Data Cloud is highly desired.
• AI Acumen: Proven ability to identify use cases for LLMs and Predictive Analytics within a CRM context.
• Rail Domain: (Preferred) Experience with Rail or transport infrastructure projects
• Communication: Elite facilitation and presentation skills; ability to simplify technical AI concepts for business stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• AI-First Solutioning: Architect declarative Salesforce solutions integrated with Einstein, Agentforce, and Generative AI to drive predictive insights and automated customer journeys.
• Stakeholder Leadership: Facilitate workshops with C-suite executives to capture requirements, manage conflicting priorities, and define high-value user stories.
• Industry Lifecycle Design: Apply industry-specific knowledge to map As-Is/To-Be processes, specifically across vehicle sales, service, and spare parts lifecycles.
• End-to-End Delivery: Own the enhancement backlog and translate functional requirements into precise technical specifications for developers.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as an SME on Salesforce releases and AI best practices, leading change management and user adoption strategies.
• Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with Data and Integration teams to ensure Salesforce harmonizes with upstream/downstream industry retail systems.
