Senior Creative Project Manager (Design PM)

Warsaw or Remote | Full-time

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Project Manager to lead our web design team and drive high-performing websites from concept to launch.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Project, production, and designers to deliver exceptional work fast — balancing creative quality, conversion performance, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to keep creative teams moving at a high standard.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead web design projects end-to-end
• Manage design workflows, priorities, and timelines
• Mentor and develop designers and team leads
• Give strong creative and conversion-focused feedback
• Improve systems, processes, and team efficiency

• Maintain a high bar for both speed and quality

   

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years in creative project management, design operations, or similar leadership roles
• Strong understanding of web design, UX, and conversion-focused marketing
• Experience managing and developing creative teams
• Ability to handle multiple fast-moving projects without quality slipping
• Excellent English communication skills (C2)
• AI-first mindset — AI is already part of how you work daily

• Organized, decisive, proactive, and highly accountable

   

NICE TO HAVE

• PM certifications (PMP, Scrum, PRINCE2, etc.)
• Figma proficiency and familiarity with modern design tools
• Experience with AI-powered creative workflows
• Experience with Notion, ClickUp, or Asana

• Background in performance marketing, affiliate, newsletter, or media
