PBN / Network Ops Manager (Contractor)

A fast-growing lead-generation business in iGaming is seeking a PBN/Network Ops Manager to own the day-to-day operations of its acquired-domain network. The company builds marketing products and web properties across multiple markets with a results-driven, collaborative culture.

The role is execution-heavy, with clear accountability: the manager will source, evaluate, acquire, restore, and maintain domains; ensure network stability; manage costs; and execute commercial updates across the network. This position works closely with SEO Ops / Publishing teams to implement content and link updates reliably while maintaining high operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and acquire domains using auctions, drops, and brokers
• Maintain network inventory, renewals, and access control
• Restore, migrate, and maintain WordPress and static/HTML sites
• Monitor uptime, SSL, DNS, and site performance
• Track costs, report spending, and manage vendor relationships
• Execute commercial link updates across the network with precision
• Document processes, maintain runbooks, and ensure operational consistency

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience managing a network of acquired domains (PBN or similar multi-site operations)
• Strong domain evaluation skills (history, backlinks, risk assessment)
• Knowledge of DNS, hosting, SSL, Cloudflare or similar tools
• Ability to restore and maintain WordPress and/or static sites
• Operational mindset with strong organization skills to manage hundreds of moving parts
• Proficient English for clear documentation and reporting

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with domain auctions, drops, or brokers
• Basic scripting/automation skills for ops efficiency
• Experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing environments
• Experience coordinating contractors (restoration, dev, content upload support)

What Success Looks Like:

• 30 days: complete network inventory, renewal calendar, and monitoring in place
• 60 days: predictable domain acquisition and restore pipeline with QA gates
• 90 days: reliable execution of commercial updates and stable monthly cost reporting
