About the Role

We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to help us deliver great products for our clients. You'll work closely with a more experienced manager and get hands-on exposure to the full project lifecycle – from planning and client communication to team coordination and reporting. It's a great opportunity to grow fast in a real-world environment.
 

What You'll Be Doing

Project Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution – keeping timelines, budgets, and scope in check – under the guidance of an experienced manager
  • Create and maintain project documentation: contracts, timelines, plans, reports, risk logs, and more
  • Define and manage task priorities together with the client and the team
  • Identify risks and develop action plans to address them
  • Track and manage project budgets

Client Communication

  • Stay in regular contact with clients through meetings, status updates, and requirements clarification
  • Manage client expectations and navigate tricky situations when they arise
  • Gather feedback and adapt processes to suit each client's needs

Team Coordination

  • Keep the team motivated and escalate issues when needed
  • Monitor team productivity and balance workloads

Reporting & Analytics

  • Prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Track budgets, hours, and project KPIs
  • Evaluate process effectiveness and drive improvements

Contributing to Company Life

  • Take part in strategic planning and discussions around company growth
  • Initiate and support internal improvements, optimizations, and cross-team knowledge sharing

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in project coordination, account management, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and spoken English – you'll be communicating with clients directly
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or outreach platforms
  • Comfort with basic reporting and documentation
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn on the job

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with web or digital product teams
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Jira, Notion, Asana, or similar)
  • Familiarity with agile or other delivery methodologies

How We Work

  • Fully remote, Monday to Friday – with an office in central Kyiv available whenever you need it
  • Working hours: 10:00–19:00, Mon–Fri (with up to Β±1 hour flexibility, agreed with your manager)
  • Lunch break: 13:00–14:00, or whenever works best for you
  • Employment via gig contract

Time Off

  • Up to 10 paid working days of vacation per year
  • Vacation days accrue monthly
