Join us as a Corporate Rides Sales Specialist Senior in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

How exactly you can influence the development of the Company:

• own full sales cycle: from lead generation to closing and account growth

• drive corporate rides sales and gradually expand into Uklon Ads solutions

• build and manage a strong B2B pipeline (prospecting, cold outreach, partnerships)

• achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• identify new market opportunities (corporate clients, agencies, brands)

• develop tailored commercial offers based on clients segments

• maintain and grow long-term relationships with key clients

• upsell additional services (ads, branding, activations, etc.)

• ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention

• work with CRM: pipeline management, forecasting, reporting

• optimize funnels and conversion rates

• provide market feedback for improving product and commercial offers


Challenges for three months:

Month 1: Foundation & Control

• implement full CRM discipline (all deals tracked, clear stages)

• set up structured follow-up system (48h / 3–5d / 7d)

• start consistent outbound (5–10 new contacts per day)

• identify main bottlenecks in the funnel


Month 2:  Pipeline Growth

• increase outbound volume and consistency

• segment clients (focus on high-value industries)

• develop and test pitch variations (A/B approach)


Month 3: Scale & Predictability

• fully define funnel metrics (lead → deal conversion)

• document sales process (pipeline, scripts, best practices)

• optimize for repeatability and efficiency


To achieve the results, you will need:

  • 3–5 years in B2B sales (ideally services / digital / advertising / tech)

  • Proven experience in cold sales and pipeline building

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Experience working with CRM systems

  • Understanding of full sales funnel (lead gen / closing /сretention)

  • Fluency in the Uzbek language

  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency is preferable

Will be aq plus:

  • Experience in advertising / digital products

  • Experience selling to large corporate clients

  • Ability to structure deals (including non-standard mechanics: barters)

  • Analytical thinking


How do you manage your working hours?

• 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday

• cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
