CRM / Retention Manager โ€” iGaming
 

We are looking for a CRM / Retention Manager to join a fast-growing iGaming company. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven professional ready to take full ownership of CRM and retention strategy.
 

Key Responsibilities

  • Segment the customer base and launch targeted communications.
  • Manage CRM channels: Email, SMS, Push, Telegram, messengers, and chat.
  • Build and optimize trigger flows and CRM campaigns in Customer IO.
  • Maintain the communications and promo calendar.
  • Launch and optimize promotional campaigns.
  • Run A/B tests, analyze results, and improve performance.
  • Work with personalization, bonus economics, and gaming storefronts.
  • Coordinate offers and creatives with Affiliate, Digital, and Design teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of CRM / Retention experience in iGaming, specifically real-money casino.
  • Experience with LATAM and EU markets.
  • Experience launching or rebuilding CRM processes from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of bonus economics and impact on NGR / LTV.
  • Solid knowledge of key metrics: reg2dep, retention, churn, LTV, ROI.
  • Confident with analytics, cohorts, and A/B testing.
  • Hands-on mindset and readiness to execute directly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Customer IO or similar CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work with promo creatives and design teams.
