Lead Generation Specialist

White Test Lab is looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist with strong writing skills as a part of the LeadGen team. Your goal is to ensure a stable lead flow to make a predictable sales pipeline from each outbound channel you will work with.


REQUIREMENTS:  

• Experience in a similar role in an IT product and/or outstaffing company, 1+ year.
• Experience with Upwork.
• Experience in writing message sequences/chains with multiple scripts and multi-channel outreach campaigns launch and analysis.
• Disciplined, self-motivated, critical-minded and able to work with minimal supervision.
• B1+ level in English.

 
Nice-to-Have:

• Product vision in sales.
• Experience with tools for outreach automation.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Write message sequences/chains with multiple scripts (LinkedIn & Email).
• Launch multi-channel outreach campaigns.
• Communicating with leads up to the call (with sales manager).
• Providing hypotheses for the new campaigns; campaigns' analysis, and ideas for improvements.
