Client Success Manager
Natural Links is a SEO agency specializing in secure link-building, strategic SEO campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility. We partner with innovative companies across fintech, SaaS, iGaming and other fast-growing digital industries. Our focus is on delivering measurable, long-term value to clients worldwide.
This is a Client Success role.
You are responsible for ensuring that SEO and link-building projects are clearly understood, properly executed by internal teams, and delivered on time and according to client expectations.
You are not focused on selling or acquiring new clients - your core mission is stable, high-quality delivery and client satisfaction through strong coordination and communication.

In this role, you will:
- Manage ongoing relationships with existing clients
- Translate client requests into clear, actionable tasks for SEO and production teams
- Ensure timely delivery of SEO/link-building projects according to agreed scope
- Coordinate communication between clients, SEO team, and production teams
- Track project progress, deadlines, and execution quality
- Identify and remove blockers in delivery workflows
- Run internal syncs to align priorities across teams
- Maintain structured and predictable delivery flow for multiple accounts
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Client Delivery (agency experience is a strong plus)
- Experience managing multiple clients or projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ability to structure tasks and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Proven experience in client communication and expectation management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle delivery blockers proactively
Preferred Skills & Qualities
- Familiarity with SEO practices and link-building terminology.
- Experience working with clients from fast-evolving or regulated industries (Fintech, SaaS, iGaming, Crypto).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and task management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (preferably Pipedrive).
- Highly responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and deeply accountable for the final result.
Confident written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) for daily communication with international clients (email and chat are primary channels)
Nice to have- Basic understanding of SEO and link-building processes
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive)
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello)
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience working with fintech, SaaS, iGaming, or crypto clients
