IT Lead Generator (Sales)

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Manager (IT, Sales) to help drive our client outreach and lead identification efforts. This role is a great entry point into IT sales, where you can build a strong foundation and grow into a Sales Manager in our company.
Earnings
- $500 fixed salary per month + bonuses $75/$33 per lead;
- All details of the bonus system will be provided during the interview.
Each of our Lead Generation Managers currently achieves 10+ leads per month. Your income directly depends on the quantity and quality of leads you generate.
Test assignment

Requirements
- English: Upper-Intermediate or above (written);
- Strong desire to work, earn, and grow;
- Good communication skills;
- Confident PC user (Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.);
- Attention to detail and perseverance;
- Readiness to learn a large theoretical base of IT terms and concepts;
- Willingness to study sales literature and develop yourself further as a sales specialist.
Experience in lead generation is a plus, but not required.
Will be a plus:
- Have an understanding of web development technologies;
- Degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Experience in IT companies;
- Experience with freelance platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, etc.);
- Certificate confirming English level;
- Knowledge of sales techniques & experience as a Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Searching for leads (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.);
- Writing personalized (non-template) outreach messages;
- Presenting company services and tech stack;
- Supporting Sales Managers in lead qualification and handoff.
Working Schedule
We offer a flexible shift system (day & evening);
- The schedule is built collaboratively within the team;
- A full-time workload of 8 hours per day is required;
- Each team member rotates between day (8:00 - 17:00) and evening hours (15:00 - 00:00);
- This allows each team member to work with different markets and earn more.
