We are looking for a VIP Team Lead who will take full ownership of the VIP direction and play a key role in building a high-performing VIP function for high-value players.

This is not just an operational role — it’s an opportunity to shape the VIP strategy, influence key business metrics, and build a scalable system for long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Own and drive the VIP strategy, focusing on acquisition, retention, and revenue growth of high-value players
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing VIP team
  • Analyze player behavior and identify high-impact growth opportunities
  • Develop and implement advanced segmentation models (pre-VIP / VIP / HVP)
  • Design and optimize personalized VIP offers, loyalty mechanics, and engagement campaigns
  • Proactively identify churn risks and drive reactivation strategies
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Analytics to enhance VIP experience and monetization
  • Continuously improve processes, tools, and communication flows to maximize efficiency and scalability

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming, with a strong focus on VIP / high-value segment
  • Proven track record of driving retention and revenue growth through VIP strategies
  • Deep understanding of player lifecycle, loyalty mechanics, and engagement models
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Customer.io is a plus)
  • Experience working with Tier-1 markets
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Experience leading teams and building processes from scratch is a strong advantage
  • Multichannel communication experience (calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, email)
  • English level: Intermediate+ or higher
