SMM Manager (iGaming)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SMM Manager to take ownership of our social media presence and build a strong, scalable SMM function from scratch.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategy + hands-on execution, understands how to grow engagement and brand visibility, and can turn content into measurable business results.
You will be responsible for developing the SMM strategy, managing content across multiple platforms, and driving audience growth through creative campaigns and data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SMM strategy aligned with business goals
- Define KPIs and growth metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Analyze target audience and competitive landscape
Content Creation & Management
- Build and execute content plans across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Telegram)
- Create engaging content: posts, stories, videos, visuals, and copy
- Maintain consistent Tone of Voice and brand identity
- Manage multiple social media accounts
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions)
- Optimize content and campaigns based on data insights
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations
Community & Engagement
- Moderate comments and messages
- Interact with the audience and build an active community
- Launch interactive activities (polls, contests, campaigns)
Influencer & Partnerships
- Identify and collaborate with bloggers, streamers, and influencers
- Launch and manage influencer campaigns
- Build long-term partnerships to expand reach
Market & Trends Monitoring
- Monitor competitors and industry trends
- Adapt strategy based on platform updates and audience behavior
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SMM (preferably in iGaming or related industries)
- Strong knowledge of social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), Telegram
- Hands-on experience in content creation (text, visuals, video)
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
- Experience with content tools (Canva, Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, etc.)
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and community management experience
- English level: B2+
Nice to Have
- Spanish language skills
- Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Understanding of SEO and content promotion principles
- Experience with SMM tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Experience working with influencers and partnerships
