Junior Affiliate Manager (SEO)
An international gambling company is looking for a Junior Affiliate Manager to drive growth across In-App and SEO traffic channels with a focus on African markets.
This role requires a hands-on professional who can own partner relationships end-to-end, make data-driven decisions and scale high-performing traffic sources within a broader multi-channel affiliate strategy.
We are looking for:
- 0,5+ year of experience in affiliate marketing / traffic management (strong focus on In-App and/or SEO).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through affiliate partnerships.
- Strong understanding of traffic economics: ROI, LTV, CAC, conversion funnels.
- Solid understanding of the iGaming/gambling vertical.
- Experience working with SEO and competitive analysis tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush and Similarweb.
- Understanding of mobile attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust or similar tools).
What you will do:
- Own and scale partnerships with In-App and SEO traffic sources, driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Identify and secure high-value partners, leading negotiations and closing deals.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle: from sourcing and onboarding to optimization and long-term retention.
- Analyze traffic performance (ROI, LTV, conversion quality) and proactively implement optimization strategies.
- Develop and test new growth hypotheses, traffic sources and market opportunities.
- Work closely with product, analytics and marketing teams to improve funnel performance and conversion rates.
- Oversee campaign execution, placements and compliance with agreed terms.
- Structure and optimize internal processes related to partner management, reporting and payments.
