Junior Sales manager (FinTech)
Our partner is an international Payment Service Provider (PSP) specializing in high-risk B2B merchants worldwide β offshore licenses, clients across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Weβre looking for a Sales professional with minimal experience but big ambitions.
Main Responsibilities
β Identify and engage new potential clients via LinkedIn, online platforms and other channels
β Generate and follow up on leads, converting them into active clients
β Conduct initial outreach, presentations and client meetings
β Support commercial negotiations under the guidance of an experienced team
β Maintain records, client reports and activity trackers
β Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
β Handle client inquiries and support issue resolution
Mandatory Requirements
β 0,3+ months of experience in sales, business development or a similar role in Fintech industry
β English at B2 level
β Strong communication and interpersonal skills
β Proactive and results-oriented mindset
β Ability to work independently in a remote environment
β Familiarity with LinkedIn or other lead generation tools is a plus
β Interest in fintech, payments or high-risk industries is an advantage
