Financial Manager

We are a product IT company building a high-tech platform for the iGaming industry and scaling globally. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Financial Manager who will take full ownership of operational financial control, reporting, and data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Manage AR/AP processes, including settlements with B2B partners and game providers
• Perform reconciliations and analysis of GGR (Gross Gaming Revenue) reports
• Maintain operational accounting in ERP systems and ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Prepare monthly management reporting, including P&L and Cash Flow statements
• Perform financial analysis and ad-hoc calculations to support business decisions
• Support external audits and work with consultants across multiple jurisdictions
• Communicate with banks and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) regarding invoicing and payment processing

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in finance, preferably in IT/Product companies (iGaming experience is a strong advantage)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
• Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (B2+), including written business communication
• High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
• Ability to process and structure large volumes of financial data
