Finance Ops, Analytics Manager // Head of Finance Operations, Analytics

We are a fast-growing fintech company with over 8 years of experience building financial infrastructure for digital advertising businesses. We provide solutions that help media buyers and advertisers run campaigns efficiently and without interruptions.

Your mission as the Head of Finance Operations & Analytics is to transform finance from a manual, operational-heavy function into a structured, automated, and analytics-driven system.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable, clear, and efficient financial processes
• Independently drive process optimization and automation, collaborating closely with the dev/automation team for implementation
• Work with large datasets to enhance data structure and reporting logic
• Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that impact business decisions
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and growth opportunities based on data
• Analyze existing financial and operational reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and risks

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in finance, with strong exposure to operations and analytics
• Proven experience in process optimization (not just execution)
• B2 English level
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data and metrics
• Strong experience in analyzing finance workflows and identification of bottlenecks
• Clear understanding of automation opportunities in finance operations
• Experience working in fast-paced, operationally complex environments
• Hands-on experience with financial tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Hands-on experience with AI tools

Nice to have:

• Experience in fintech, affiliate marketing, or digital advertising
• Experience with automations (workflows, tools, integrations)
