Key Responsibilities

Agent Systems
Design and deploy autonomous and multi-agent systems for complex business workflows.

Architecture
Own end-to-end cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure) for AI systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

LLM Evolution
Transform LLM pipelines into structured, tool-using systems with planning, memory, and execution layers.

Evaluation
Build robust frameworks to measure performance, reduce hallucinations, and enforce consistency.

Integration
Integrate AI systems with internal APIs and external B2B platforms.

Optimization
Continuously refine prompts, orchestration, and data pipelines for performance and cost.

Requirements

• 10+ years in software engineering / system architecture
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc.)
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and microservices
• Experience building AI evaluation / benchmarking systems
• Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, high-ownership environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with agent architectures (planning, memory, reflection)
• Familiarity with AI observability tools (LangSmith, W&B)
• Background in MLOps / large-scale systems
• Open-source contributions
