Business Analyst / Project Manager
We’re looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team in Kyiv (Center) on a full-time basis (remote is also possible).
You will be an important part of the pre-sale/product/development team where you jointly take responsibility for co-creating the outcome. The projects are often green-field and long term
where you have the chance to iteratively improve the solution by implementing new technology and apply best practices.

What we expect of you:

• Own our platform knowledge. You will be the go-to person who understands the platform end-to-end - across all customers using it. You know what’s in the core, what has been delivered as customer-specific solutions, and how the two layers interact
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Ukrainian, with theability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and clients.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and modern AI tools
• Ability to structure and document requirements into clear specifications and actionable tasks
• Strong focus on the timely delivery of features to clients
• Manage solution scope, detect and track changes. Manage requirements-related conflicts and issues up to resolution.
• Prioritize requirements and manage their allocation into journeys and values. Define non-functional requirements, including external interfaces and constraints.
• Own it!. You’re the expert, and you acting as if you are the co-owner of the project is what makes all the difference. Take initiative and take responsibility - We expect that you share thoughts, concerns, feedback, and advice because it polishes our solutions.
• Stay hungry, Stay curious! You must be on top of trends in your field of expertise.
  
  Your past experience
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in e-commerce projects from international companies.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and clarification, user story creation, and feature documentation
• Passion for best practices, Product Management and ideally experience with one or more domains; Web and Mobile Application, B2B Commerce and Business application, B2B eServices/Self-service portals.
• It’s a plus if you hold one of the following certifications, or similar: IIBA CCBA or CBAP, OMG UML, OMG BPMN.
• Effective command of spoken and written English and Ukrainian – you should be able to elicit project details, participate in workshops, and clearly articulate your decisions.
