Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in SEO, with a track record of successful project promotions;
- At least 3 years of experience in SEO within the iGaming niche;
- In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms;
- English proficiency: B1 level or higher;
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive SEO strategy, including content strategy, technical optimization, link profile management, user experience (UX) improvement, and behavioral analysis;
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS sufficient to analyze code from an SEO perspective;
- Experience working with high-traffic and multi-regional websites;
- In-depth understanding of all ranking factors;
- Experience with SERM and Parasite SEO;
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO;
- Proficiency in all industry-specific tools;
- Ability to collaborate with developers, link builders, content managers, and designers;
- Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses and traffic split tests;
- Experience analyzing search engine bot behavior;
- Ability to defend and justify SEO strategies to business stakeholders;
- Understanding of project business metrics;
- Experience mentoring mid-level specialists (setting tasks and providing guidance);
- Experience automating routine tasks.
