Shopify CRO Project Manager (Outstaff, UK Agency)

Hey everyone!

My name is Karina, and I’m the creator of Collab IT - a growing agency focused on building and optimizing Shopify stores.
 

We’re looking for a Shopify CRO Project Manager for a 2-month project (with possible extension) to work in an outstaff format with a UK-based marketing agency.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with the agency owner and their clients
• Manage 5-8 active Shopify projects
• Create technical tasks and dev briefs for the team
• Coordinate 1-4 developers
• Control deadlines and delivery quality
• Perform QA and testing to ensure stores work correctly
• Launch and manage A/B tests using tools like Intelligems

The most important part of this role is ensuring quality through thorough testing and making sure all stores function correctly after changes.
 

Requirements

• Experience with Shopify/eCommerce projects
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and QA mindset
• Ability to structure tasks clearly for developers
• English: Upper-Intermediate+
• Ukrainian: fluent
 

Nice to have

• CRO and A/B testing experience
• Experience with Intelligems, Convert, or similar tools
• Basic technical understanding (HTML/CSS/JS)
