Head of Finance (DTC Health and Wellness)

ABOUT COMPANY
Fast-scaling DTC supplement brand focused on lymphatic drainage. We run a lean, high-output team built around performance marketing and creative — and we're growing fast. Multi-seven figures in monthly revenue.
 

THE ROLE
You sit at the center of all financial operations. Not a deep finance expert role — we have external partners for that. You own payments, costs, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You report directly to the CEO.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

— Process all outgoing payments: contractors, vendors, service providers, partners

— Maintain a real-time view of what's paid, pending, and upcoming

— Track and calculate OpEx across the business — flag any cost irregularities

— Serve as the primary liaison with our external bookkeeping and accounting partners

— Pass all invoices, docs, and data to partners on time — then verify their outputs

— Monitor cash flow reports and forecasting, escalate anything that looks off

— Keep leadership clearly informed on the financial position of the business at all times
 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

— Highly organized and reliable — this is the #1 filter

— Experience in financial operations or payment management (DTC / ecom is a plus)

— Clear communicator who manages deadlines without being chased

— Comfortable owning processes end-to-end with zero hand-holding

— Detail-oriented: you catch errors before they become problems
— A+ point: experience with LTV subscription supplement brands (not required, but a strong bonus)
