HR Manager
Build the people side of an AI-first company.
This role is based in Lviv with a hybrid work format. Weβre looking for someone already located in Lviv β or ready to work from Lviv regularly β since this position involves close collaboration with teammates, on-site initiatives, events, and operational support for our local hub.
At BotsCrew, People Operations plays a strategic role in how teams grow, collaborate, and perform. Weβre looking for an HR Manager who will help shape team experience, strengthen culture, and improve how our organization operates and scales.
This role combines People Operations, employee experience, communication, process ownership, and AI adoption β with a strong focus on performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Requirements
Must Have:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR / PeopleOps within a tech or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of onboarding, employee experience, L&D, feedback culture, and HR operations
- Proven practical usage of AI tools to improve workflows, productivity, or operational efficiency
- Ability to demonstrate results achieved through AI adoption or automation initiatives
- Ownership mindset β you take responsibility for outcomes and follow through
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with teammates and managers
- Structured and proactive approach to work
- Comfort working with metrics, feedback, and process improvements
- English B2 or higher
Nice to Have:
- Experience improving or launching HR / PeopleOps processes
- Experience with AI workflow optimization, prompt engineering, or HR automation tools
- Experience working with HR analytics or reporting
- Experience with employer brand or internal communications initiatives
- Experience organizing internal learning initiatives or company events
Responsibilities:
- Own onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
- Coordinate regular HR processes and teammate support
- Conduct team check-ins, collect feedback, and identify potential risks or challenges
- Support managers in development and communication initiatives
- Coordinate Learning & Development activities and PDP processes
- Maintain internal HR documentation and operational processes
- Organize internal events and support culture-building initiatives
- Collaborate with external vendors, trainers, and partners
- Contribute to employer brand initiatives and internal communication
- Improve and scale HR workflows using AI and automation tools
- Implement AI solutions that improve operational speed, process quality, and team productivity
- Track and analyze HR metrics to improve team experience and operational efficiency
