Junior Project Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to delivery. 
 

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality expectations are met

- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams

- Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams

- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies

- Plan and allocate resources efficiently

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates

- Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and make informed decisions

- Escalate blockers or risks in a timely manner when necessary

- Maintain continuous control over project performance and outcomes
 

Requirements

- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas and information

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and handle conflict resolution professionally

- Solid organizational skills, including planning, prioritization, and multitasking

- Experience in risk management and resource planning

- Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making abilities

- Understanding of when to escalate issues appropriately

- Results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail

- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
 

Nice to Have

- Technical background or understanding of software development processes

- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
