We are looking for a Trainee AI Product Marketing Engineer to grow alongside our team and contribute to scaling our Traffic-driven Dating Products. It’s the MarTech zone.

This is not a traditional entry-level role. We’re looking for a curious, technically-minded person ready to learn how AI and automation shape growth in Tier-1 markets. You’ll work side by side with senior growth and product specialists, data engineers, and will get hands-on experience with real funnels and real data, and build the foundation for a strong career in AI-powered product marketing.

Future Growth Path: AI Product Marketing Engineer → MarTech Lead /Lead of AI Growth.

What You Will Do:

• AI-Assisted Execution: Learn to apply automation models in product research, content generation, and funnel building — with mentorship from our AI and growth team.
• Product Support: Assist in maintaining and improving dating review products — help analyze data, contribute to roadmap discussions, and understand ranking and personalization logic.
• Experimentation: Participate in A/B tests, learn to read funnel metrics (CTR, CR, EPC, ROI), and explore AI-powered approaches to testing and clustering.
• Competitor & Market Research: Use AI tools to assist with competitor analysis and identifying high-intent traffic opportunities under senior guidance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with PPC, Engineering, and AI teams — learn how features ship and how growth decisions get made.

We’ll have a match if you have:

• A genuine interest in AI, growth marketing, or product — a few personal projects, coursework, or experiments count.
• An engineering or mathematical mindset: you’re comfortable with logic, data, and structured thinking (background in CS/Math is a big plus).
• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python (even from coursework or self-study).
• Basic familiarity with AI tools — you’ve already tried using them to automate something or speed up your work.
• Curiosity about funnels, performance metrics, and unit economics — even at a conceptual level.
• English: Upper-Intermediate+

Will be an advantage:

• Any examples of using AI for content creation, data analysis, or automation — even side projects.
• Familiarity with review-based, comparison, or quiz-style products.
