Affiliate Operations and Anti-Fraud Analyst

We are looking for an Affiliate Operations & Anti-Fraud Analyst to support our Affiliate team by ensuring traffic quality, accurate partner reconciliations, and correct payout calculations.

This role combines affiliate operations and fraud analysis, helping us maintain transparent relationships with partners and protect the business from low-quality or fraudulent traffic.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Analyze affiliate traffic across CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models;
• Detect fraud patterns (bot traffic, duplicates, incentive traffic, low-quality traffic);
• Cross-check traffic and player data across multiple platforms;
• Perform monthly reconciliations with affiliate partners;
• Calculate and verify final payout amounts;
• Ensure invoice accuracy before submitting to the finance team;
• Communicate with partners regarding discrepancies and fraud cases;
• Align and approve final reconciliation results with affiliates;
• Clearly explain discrepancies and defend calculations;
• Support Affiliate Managers with operational tasks and data validation.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE:

• 1+ years of experience in affiliate operations, traffic analysis, fraud, risk, or similar roles;
• Strong understanding of affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid);
• Experience with reconciliation processes and payout calculations;
• Understanding of tracking systems, postbacks, and attribution logic;
• Knowledge of fraud detection principles (bot traffic, duplicates, incentive traffic, chargebacks);
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills;
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines;
• Intermediate English for partner communication. 

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Basic understanding of AML/KYC principles;
• Experience in iGaming / betting / high-risk verticals;
• Experience working with large volumes of traffic and payouts.
