Lead Generation Manager (US-market)

Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team.

This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
 

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM Kyiv time (Remote).
 

What You’ll Do:
 

• Search for potential projects and clients for the company.
• Create outreach letters in English using templates with ChatGPT assistance.
• Keep track of the number of messages sent, time spent, and other key metrics.
• Maintain active communication and collaboration with the team during working hours.
   

What We’re Looking For:
 

• English level B1 and higher (written) - you should be able to read, review, and send error-free messages.
• Strong interpersonal skills - easy to communicate with, proactive, and responsible.
• Self-motivation - you are result-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in a dynamic environment.
• Independence - ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
   

Nice to have:
 

• Basic understanding of IT technologies (frontend, backend, web/mobile development, etc.).
• Experience in lead generation, sourcing, or research.
• Strong attention to detail.
