Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and organized Strong Junior Project Manager to join our team.

You will be working on projects in the insurtech and healthtech domain, collaborating with cross-functional teams and international clients to deliver impactful digital products in a fast-growing industry.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in a project management role with English-speaking clients;
• Familiarity with project management principles and a full understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC);
• English level B2 or higher (daily communication with clients/team);
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar);
• Strong organizational and time-management skills;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have:

• Experience with healthcare projects/products;
• Experience with AI tools.
