Growth Marketing Manager (Poland Market / E-commerce)

Role Overview:

We are a growing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) apparel and accessories business. Having successfully validated our products in the Polish market, we are now entering an aggressive scaling phase, including a migration to Shopify.

We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Manager based in Poland to take full ownership of our marketing operations and brand localization for the Polish audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Localization: Adapt brand messaging, offers, and communication to align with Polish consumer behavior and cultural nuances.
• Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize ad campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. Maintain strict control over key performance indicators, including CAC, ROAS, and AOV.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local Polish influencers to drive brand awareness and conversions.
• Content Management: Develop comprehensive briefs for visual content based on competitive analysis and Polish e-commerce trends.
• Web Analytics: Monitor sales funnel efficiency using GA4 and provide data-driven reports to stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:

• Residency in Poland: Deep understanding of the local market, consumer trends, and mentalities gained through long-term residency.
• Language Proficiency: Native or C1/C2 level Polish is mandatory. Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian for internal team communication.
• E-commerce Expertise: Proven track record of managing or launching brands within the Polish market. Familiarity with local infrastructure (InPost, etc.) is essential.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable growth strategies.
