Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of internal and client-facing digital products related to monitoring, workflow automation, process optimization, and operational tools.

This is the first Product Manager role in the company, so we need someone who is proactive, structured, and able to bring product thinking, prioritization, and clarity into the development process.

This is not a pure delivery coordination role.
We are looking for a person who can understand business and operational needs, turn them into clear product requirements, and move product development forward in a practical and scalable way.

Responsibilities

• Own product development priorities across several internal and external tools 
• Turn business needs, pain points, and ideas into clear product tasks and roadmap 
• Identify bottlenecks, missing functionality, and opportunities for automation and improvement 
• Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, scalability, and operational value  
• Work closely with developers and stakeholders during planning and execution 
• Build structure around product development and help keep it focused and organized 
• Prepare clear requirements, logic, and acceptance criteria for new features 
• Improve workflows, reduce manual work, and support automation initiatives 
• Track progress and make sure the right things are being built 

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner / Technical Product Manager 
• Experience working with automation systems, internal tools, or process-driven products 
• Hands-on experience with Google APIs and products/integrations connected to Google ecosystem 
• Strong experience in feature scoping, prioritization, roadmap planning, and product logic 
• Ability to turn unstructured input into clear product requirements 
• Good understanding of technical integrations, APIs, data flows, and operational workflows 
• Experience working closely with developers on implementation 
• Strong ownership and execution discipline 
• Good communication skills 

• English: Upper-Intermediate+
