Product Lead (with Frontend ownership)

Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term Full-time / Part-time involvement

We are looking for a strong Product Manager with a hands-on UX and Frontend focus to take full ownership of a marketplace product in the PropTech / Real Estate domain.

This is a leadership role where you will drive product decisions, shape the roadmap, and actively contribute to building the product — not just designing it. The goal of this role is to take over day-to-day product ownership and ensure the product evolves in line with business objectives.

     What will you do?

• Take full ownership of product outcomes, roadmap decisions, and ticket prioritization.
• Actively engage in hands-on UX/UI work, including wireframing, UX modeling, and user journey mapping.
• Implement frontend solutions and directly contribute to product development (not just design).
• Work closely with the engineering team (Lead + 2 full-stack devs) on architecture decisions and backlog management.
• Conduct continuous experimentation and testing to improve conversion rates and the entire user funnel.
• Collaborate with CEO, sales, operations, and partnerships to align product features with business goals.

• Ensure product quality by identifying and fixing suboptimal user experiences before release.

   

  What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with marketplace platforms.
• Experience in the PropTech / Real Estate domain.
• Strong hands-on UX/UI skills (ability to independently design and validate UX).
• Frontend development experience and willingness to build (not just design).
• Solid understanding of modern frontend technologies and product implementation constraints.
• Deep understanding of real estate investing, agent workflows, and lending.
• Product-obsessed mindset with strong attention to detail and daily involvement.
• Ability to operate in a leadership role and make high-impact prioritization decisions.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Availability to work a schedule shifted toward the ET time zone, approximately 15:00–23:00 Kyiv time.
