Part-time Project Manager
Part-time | Remote | 8:00–12:00 US time | EST / CST / PST

We need an organized, communicative PM to keep our development team aligned and our clients informed during North American morning hours.

What you'll do

• Run daily standups and keep the team on track against milestones
• Review pre-recorded client meetings and ongoing communications to capture, clarify, and adjust requirements
• Break down requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the development team
• Coordinate QA activities and delivery timelines within sprint milestones
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and the internal team during US morning hours

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in project management or a similar coordination role in software development
• Excellent written and verbal English — you'll communicate directly with international clients
• Ability to extract and structure requirements from asynchronous sources (recordings, chats, emails)
• Comfort with task management and PM tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar)
• Available 8:00–12:00 US time (EST/CST/PST — specify your timezone)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in following up on blockers
