IT Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end logistics process for IT equipment and services, including coordination of procurement flows and vendor collaboration
• Oversee international logistics operations and customs processes to ensure timely, cost-efficient and compliant delivery of IT assets
• Conduct tenders and collaborate with logistics providers and vendors to achieve optimized transportation and supply chain solutions
• Maintain and update asset and shipment tracking records within ERP systems
• Analyze supply chain performance, logistics costs, and market trends to support strategic operational decisions

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, operations) to ensure smooth logistics execution aligned with business objectives
  Work across multiple time zones to support global logistics and supply chain operations

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management
• Proven experience in international logistics and customs processes
• Experience working with vendors, freight forwarders, and managing tenders
• Basic understanding of IT equipment configurations and pricing
• Experience with asset management or ERP systems
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability
• High level of organization and structured approach to work
• Proactivity and ability to operate in uncertain environments
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• Willingness to work across multiple time zones

• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher

   

Will be a plus:

• Experience with IT equipment or in IT companies
• Experience with global logistics providers, freight forwarders, or procurement platforms

• Building logistics or supply chain processes from scratch
