We are a fast-growing slot game development company partnering with leading Tier-1 operators worldwide 🚀
As we scale our portfolio and expand globally, we’re looking for a Lead Account Manager who brings not only experience, but industry recognition — someone with a strong network, commercial mindset, and the ambition to build and lead a high-performing team.

What you’ll own:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of operator partners — driving revenue through promotions, tournaments, in-game campaigns, and tailored commercial initiatives
  • Negotiate premium game placement positions and lobby visibility across partner platforms
  • Generate and execute ideas to increase GGR volumes on existing accounts — always thinking about what moves the number
  • Build, hire, and lead an Account Management team — setting standards, processes, and a winning culture from day one
  • Own the game release plan with the product team — coordinating launch timing, promo calendars, partner communications, and marketing materials for each new title
  • Prepare regular partner reports, invoices, and performance reviews — keeping everything clean, accurate, and on time
  • Represent the company at industry events, dinners, and conferences — building relationships the old-fashioned way
Who you are:
  • 3+ years in Account Management or Partnership roles at a slot provider, aggregator, or iGaming supplier — people in the industry know your name
  • You have an existing book of operator contacts — relationships that go beyond LinkedIn connections
  • Deep understanding of how operators think about revenue, placement, and promotional ROI
  • Comfortable with numbers — you can read a revenue report, spot an anomaly, and build a clear summary for a partner without help
  • You’ve led, mentored, or built a team before — or you’re clearly ready to step into that role
  • Proactive, initiative-driven, and not waiting to be told what to do — you see a gap and you fill it
  • Fluent in English, Ukrainian; additional languages are a plus depending on your market focus
