What You’ll Be Doing (VIP Manager)

  • Managing VIP players and acting as their main point of contact.
  • Communicating via Intercom, Telegram, WhatsApp, and calls.
  • Monitoring player activity and engagement proactively.
  • Developing and executing retention strategies.
  • Handling complex cases (payments, withdrawals, bonuses, KYC, disputes).
  • Collaborating with internal teams: Payments, Risk, Support, QA, Product.
  • Offering personalized bonuses, promotions, and VIP conditions.
  • Maintaining CRM records and achieving KPI targets.

 What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Experience as a VIP / Retention / Account Manager in iGaming.
  • Experience working with one or more GEOs: LATAM, Portugal, Tier 1
  • Strong understanding of retention, churn, and player lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Experience with chats and calls (inbound / outbound).
  • Confident use of CRM systems and communication tools.
  • Proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset.

  • Experience working with high-value VIP clients across multiple markets.
  • Deep understanding of VIP segment specifics in iGaming.
