What You’ll Be Doing (VIP Manager)
- Managing VIP players and acting as their main point of contact.
- Communicating via Intercom, Telegram, WhatsApp, and calls.
- Monitoring player activity and engagement proactively.
- Developing and executing retention strategies.
- Handling complex cases (payments, withdrawals, bonuses, KYC, disputes).
- Collaborating with internal teams: Payments, Risk, Support, QA, Product.
- Offering personalized bonuses, promotions, and VIP conditions.
- Maintaining CRM records and achieving KPI targets.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Experience as a VIP / Retention / Account Manager in iGaming.
- Experience working with one or more GEOs: LATAM, Portugal, Tier 1
- Strong understanding of retention, churn, and player lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
- Experience with chats and calls (inbound / outbound).
- Confident use of CRM systems and communication tools.
- Proactive, responsible, and results-driven mindset.

- Experience working with high-value VIP clients across multiple markets.
- Deep understanding of VIP segment specifics in iGaming.
