We’re transforming how companies hire β€” and we’re just getting started. Want in? Join us as the first  Product Marketing Manager and help build a product-driven company from the ground up. Work directly with leadership, shape GTM and brand.

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop the marketing strategy aligned with J-Vers business goals.
  • Define product value proposition and messaging for target segments (ICP).
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to shape differentiation.
  • Prepare GTM plans for feature releases, create landing pages, and communication assets.
  • Create full sales-enablement suite: decks, one-pagers, battlecards.
  • Build the first inbound flow (lead magnets, LinkedIn/social/email campaigns, MQL β†’ SQL).
  • Support Affiliate program: landing creation, partner messaging, promotion materials.
  • Gather market signals and work with Product Team on roadmap input and feature prioritisation.
     

You are our ideal candidate if you have:

  • 4+ years in Product Marketing / B2B Marketing / SaaS.
  • Experience launching GTM and building product positioning.
  • Understanding of sales processes (MQL, SQL, lead scoring).
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate+.
