As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Head of Growth to build and scale the company’s customer acquisition and revenue engine.

This is a high-impact role focused on strategy, execution, and ownership of growth across paid media, funnels, and retention systems.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute the overall growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and retention
  • Own and scale paid acquisition channels (Meta as primary, TikTok as secondary)
  • Design and optimize funnels, landing pages, and checkout flows (CRO)
  • Work closely with content and brand teams to align paid and organic growth efforts
  • Develop and optimize retention systems (email, lifecycle, subscriptions)
  • Analyze key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV) and make data-driven decisions
  • Test new channels, creatives, and growth experiments
  • Manage and coordinate freelancers, agencies, and internal contributors
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve performance and scale revenue

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–8+ years of total marketing/growth experience, including at least 3+ years in DTC/eCommerce
  • Strong hands-on expertise in paid social (Meta, TikTok)
  • Experience with funnels, CRO, and lifecycle marketing
  • Ability to combine performance marketing with content strategy
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with data
  • Ownership mentality and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in supplements, wellness, or subscription-based products
  • Background in organic/social growth and content strategy
  • Experience managing agencies or building teams
