We are looking for a talented Project Manager to empower our team!

 

What you’ll do:

Team & Project Delivery:

  • Coordinate multiple projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain high levels of control of the tasks and releases.
  • Plan project objectives, define tasks and timelines, and assign work to team members.
  • Manage projects end-to-end, overseeing all phases from initiation to post-launch while ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and budget compliance.
  • Estimate and plan project delivery roadmap together with a team.

Client Engagement & Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within target markets.
  • Understand client business goals and proactively suggest improvements or new solutions aligned with their strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements for the candidate`s experience:

  • Over 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
  • Experience working in an outsourcing environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience managing remote, cross-functional global teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, particularly Scrum and Agile.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, handle ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications in Project management.
  • Working schedule aligned with Toronto (EST) time zone.
  • English proficiency at an advanced level.

Will be a plus:

  • Previous experience as a QA Engineer/Developer.
  • Experience working with clients from the US, Canada, and Europe.
