Job Description
As a Senior/Lead Web / Graphic Designer, you’ll create and launch opt-in pages, landing pages, and newsletter websites that are not only visually strong but also optimized for conversions.

You’ll work hands-on in tools like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, and Beehiiv, designing and building pages that directly support growth, lead generation, and monetization. This role requires both strong design taste and confidence in implementation — not just static visuals.

 Key Responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages, funnels, and opt-in pages using ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar tools
• Set up and format newsletter websites directly in Beehiiv
• Create high-quality banners, headers, and graphics for web and email campaigns
• Ensure all pages are responsive, mobile-friendly, and performance-optimized
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals
• Iterate quickly based on feedback, performance data, and testing results

 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in web design (not limited to static graphics or branding)
• Proven experience creating landing pages, funnels, and conversion-oriented websites
• Proficiency with ClickFunnels, Leadpages, Webflow, or similar page builders
• Strong understanding of layout, spacing, UX hierarchy, and conversion-focused design
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
• Fast, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• English level: C1 or higher, with strong communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with A/B testing or performance-based design iteration
• Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, or affiliate campaigns

• Experience working with AI tools for design and process automation (e.g., generating visuals, banners, landing pages, or content) will be a strong advantage
