AI-first Junior QA Engineer

We’re looking for an AI-first Junior QA Engineer who wants to grow not only as a tester, but as a modern quality specialist who uses AI tools to work faster, think deeper, and improve software quality.

This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, curious, responsible, and ready to learn quickly. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should be comfortable experimenting with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI, and AI agents in your daily QA routine.

Requirements

– 6–12 months of experience in QA, software testing, or related practice
– Basic understanding of web applications, APIs, and software development lifecycle
– Ability to write clear bug reports and test cases
– Basic knowledge of manual testing: functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX testing
– Basic understanding of API testing tools like Postman or similar
– English level: B1+/B2
– AI familiarity is a must: ChatGPT/OpenAI, Claude, AI agents, and similar tools
– Ability to use AI for test case generation, bug report improvement, documentation, research, and QA checklists
– Readiness to learn new tools, testing approaches, and AI-powered workflows
– Self-organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

– Test web applications, SaaS products, APIs, and admin panels
– Create and update test cases, checklists, and bug reports
– Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
– Use AI tools to speed up QA documentation, test planning, and issue analysis
– Communicate clearly with developers and project stakeholders
– Help improve QA processes and product quality
– Learn automation basics and modern QA tools over time

Will Be a Plus
– Basic knowledge of SQL
– Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
– Interest in test automation
– Experience testing AI-powered products or SaaS platforms

Compensation

Compensation depends on your skills and experience – $300–700.
