Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong leadership, communication, and project delivery skills to work closely with key stakeholders, including senior leadership.

This role requires full overlap with US working hours, including Pacific Time (California)

 

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage development teams, facilitate user workshops, and deliver executive-level presentations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project planning: define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Develop and maintain project documentation (plans, schedules, budgets, communication logs)
  • Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through regular status updates and reports
  • Collaborate with product, business, and technical teams to ensure alignment
  • Ensure quality of deliverables meets business and technical expectations
  • Lead user engagement workshops and prepare supporting materials
  • Create and deliver presentations for senior and executive leadership
  • Manage project closeout, including lessons learned and transition plans
  • Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Must-Have

  • PMP Certification (required)
  • 7+ years of experience in Project / Program Management
  • Proven experience managing full project lifecycle
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced English proficiency (C2 level)
  • Full overlap with US working hours (including PST)

 

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience leading cross-functional or technology-driven projects
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
  • Certifications such as PRINCE2 or CSM
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
