Join us as a Community Growth & Engagement Manager/SMM, where you don’t just “manage channels” 0 you build communities that move people, create conversations and naturally turn attention into real product growth. You’ll design how audiences discover, trust and stay with the brand by creating organic ecosystems where engagement becomes loyalty and loyalty becomes revenue.
 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Community Growth & Engagement Manager, SMM Manager, or in other similar roles; experience in a high-risk industry or iGaming is a plus.
  • Proven experience building and scaling online communities (Telegram, forums, Discord, Reddit, etc.)
  • Track record of growing engaged audiences (not just vanity metrics).
  • Strong understanding of community psychology and user behavior.
  • Experience in content strategy + organic growth loops.
  • Ability to create trust-driven environments, not just promotional channels.
  • Experience with conversion funnels from community → product
  • Upper Intermediate English.
     

Desired / Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in iGaming, crypto, trading, or other high-LTV niches.
  • Hands-on work with Telegram, Reddit, Discord.
  • Experience managing anonymous / semi-anonymous communities.
  • Understanding of content seeding, moderation, and tone shaping.
  • Familiarity with viral mechanics, meme culture, and internet trends.
  • Experience with ambassador / influencer programs.
      

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale owned communities (Telegram channels, chats, forums, etc.).
  • Define community positioning, tone, and identity.
  • Create and execute content & engagement strategy (posts, discussions, events).
  • Seed early conversations and ensure organic activity growth.
  • Develop loyal core audience / power users.
  • Collaborate with VIP / Sales teams to:
    • identify conversion opportunities.
    • introduce soft conversion mechanics (offers, insider perks, exclusives).
  • Moderate and maintain high-quality discussions.
  • Experiment with growth channels and formats.
  • Track engagement → conversion funnel performance.



What success looks like in 4–6 months:

  • Active, engaged communities with daily organic conversations.
  • Established core members / advocates.
  • Clear content formats that consistently drive engagement.
  • First successful cases of community → FTD conversion.
  • Scalable framework for launching new communities per market.
