Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in VIP / High-Value Player management (iGaming strongly preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving VIP revenue, retention, and LTV growth.
  • Experience leading VIP / Sales / Retention teams.
  • Strong understanding of player lifecycle, segmentation, and monetization strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience working with analytics, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience building or scaling VIP programs / loyalty systems.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Upper Intermediate+ English.
     

Desired / Preferred Skills

  • Experience launching or improving VIP clubs, tiers, and bonus systems.
  • Background in concierge services / luxury client handling.
  • Experience with multi-brand or multi-market operations.
  • Strong collaboration with CRO / product / marketing / analytics teams.
  • Experience implementing CRM strategies, automation, and personalization at scale.
  • Familiarity with compliance and responsible gaming practices.
      

Expected Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Own and scale the VIP vertical across all brands.
  • Define and execute VIP strategy (retention, reactivation, growth).
  • Build and optimize VIP structure, tiers, and player journeys.
  • Lead and develop VIP / Sales Managers teams.
  • Drive revenue growth from high-value players.
  • Introduce and manage high-end experiences (bonuses, gifts, concierge, events).
  • Work closely with analytics to define KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Identify growth opportunities, risks, and inefficiencies.
  • Improve cross-sell strategies between brands.
  • Ensure premium customer experience standards.
