Full-Stack Engineer (React Native Heavy)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient mobile applications using React Native.
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and business logic into mobile apps.
  • Design and implement smooth, performant UI components and navigation flows.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance across iOS and Android platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack or mobile web development.
  • Strong proficiency in React Native for cross-platform mobile development.
  • Understanding of mobile performance optimization, memory management, and render cycles.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
  • Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Practical hands-on experience with AI prompt engineering, leveraging Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent developer-AI tools.
  • Solid understanding of LLM context design, tool integration, and code-generation workflows.
  • Ability to effectively decompose complex mobile features into AI-assisted development tasks, accelerating delivery without sacrificing code quality.
  • Familiarity with prompt chaining, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based workflows as applied to real product features.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid development model where AI tools handle boilerplate and scaffolding, while the developer focuses on architecture, review, and edge cases.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with back-end development using Node.js.
  • Knowledge of APIs and microservices architecture.
