Junior IT Sales Manager

We’re looking for a motivated Junior IT Sales Manager with 6–12 months of experience who wants to grow in IT sales, lead generation, and client communication.

You should be proactive, responsible, organized, comfortable communicating in English, and ready to use AI tools in your daily work.

Requirements

– 6–12 months of experience in IT sales, lead generation, or client communication
– English level: B2+
– Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, or similar platforms
– Basic understanding of the IT industry
– Good written communication skills
– Ability to search for leads and start conversations with potential clients
– AI familiarity is a must: Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, AI agents, and similar tools
– Ability to use AI for lead research, message drafting, proposal preparation, summaries, CRM updates, and follow-ups
– Self-organization and attention to detail

Responsibilities

– Search for potential clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms
– Communicate with leads and present company services
– Use AI tools to support research, outreach, proposals, and daily sales tasks
– Help manage company business accounts
– Add and update leads in CRM
– Support client communication and follow-ups
– Help prepare proposals and messages
– Participate in improving sales and lead generation processes

Compensation

Compensation depends on your skills and experience – 300-700$.
