We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst (Junior+) to join our outsourcing team. This role is ideal for a specialist who already has hands-on experience in requirements management and documentation, and is ready to grow under the mentorship of Senior BAs and Project Managers while working with international clients.

Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced) are essential, as the role involves active participation in client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Discovery & Pre-Sales Support

• Support Senior BA in requirements elicitation and analysis during the Discovery phase
• Assist in preparing key project artifacts (SRS, WBS, Feature List, user stories, flow diagrams, mind maps)
• Participate in client meetings as an active contributor: take structured notes and prepare clarifying questions
• Contribute to RFX analysis by reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and assisting in WBS preparation
• Support internal estimation and pre-sales discussions

• Conduct competitor research and assist with scope analysis under supervision

   

Requirements Management & Documentation

• Prepare and maintain structured requirements documentation (SRS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, WBS)
• Keep requirements and project documentation up to date in line with versioning standards
• Support backlog management in Jira (create and update tasks based on approved changes)
• Track scope changes and escalate discrepancies when identified
   

Collaboration & Delivery Support

• Participate in grooming, sprint planning, and estimation meetings
• Clarify requirements with developers and QA engineers
• Monitor implementation of approved changes and perform basic business validation in staging/UAT environments
• Proactively communicate risks, blockers, and scope changes to Senior BA/PM
   

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience as a Business Analyst in IT
• Experience working with requirements documentation (SRS, WBS, User Stories)
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical thinking, structured approach, attention to detail

• Ability to work under mentorship and follow established processes
