Marketing Manager
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help grow our brand presence, generate quality leads, and support business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage company presence across LinkedIn, website, email, and other digital channels
- Plan and launch lead generation campaigns
- Create engaging content: posts, case studies, presentations, newsletters
- Coordinate website updates and collaborate with designers / developers
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
- Conduct competitor and market research
- Support employer branding and company visibility initiatives
- Work closely with Sales / Lead Generation team to align efforts and improve results
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing role
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation funnels
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, content marketing
- Hands-on experience with analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, etc.)
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to manage several projects independently
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Would be a plus:
- Experience in IT outsourcing / software development company
- Paid ads experience (LinkedIn Ads / Google Ads)
- SEO knowledge
- Experience with CRM / HubSpot / automation tools
- Basic design skills (Canva / Figma)
