Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Affiliate Support Manager to support our affiliate and account management team. This is a non-managerial role focused on execution, operations, and partner support.

The ideal candidate has experience in support/customer success/operations, understands the OnlyFans niche, and is eager to grow into an Account Manager role over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers in daily operations and partner communication
  • Handle routine and urgent requests from affiliate/marketing partners
  • Assist in onboarding new partners:
    • Guide them through the platform
    • Explain workflows and processes
    • Ensure smooth integration and activation
  • Help improve partner experience and increase long-term retention
  • Monitor incoming requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues
  • Maintain clear and structured communication with partners

    Requirements
  • Experience in support / customer success / operations roles
  • Understanding of the OnlyFans niche (mandatory)
  • Previous Team Lead experience (preferred)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow
  • Experience working with US-based companies or clients is a strong plus
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) and Russian

    Nice to Have
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or partner management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and support systems
  • Interest in growing into an Account Manager role
