ABOUT COMPANY

Fast-scaling DTC supplement brand focused on lymphatic drainage. We run a lean, high-output team built around performance marketing and creative โ€” and we're growing fast.
 

THE ROLE

You'll own recruiting end-to-end โ€” that's the core of this role. Everything else (onboarding, contracts, KPIs, payroll ops) is secondary. You're the person who builds the pipeline, qualifies candidates, and hands only the strongest ones to the CEO. You report directly to the founder.
 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

โ€” Own the full recruiting cycle across all open roles: sourcing, screening, assessments, reference checks, closing

โ€” Hire for the roles that matter most to us: Creative Strategists, Media Buyers (Meta / Google / Amazon), Performance Marketing leads

โ€” Track your own metrics: volume of closed roles, time-to-fill, retention of placed candidates

โ€” Onboard new hires from day one and manage the full employee lifecycle

โ€” Coordinate KPIs with department heads and keep them aligned with company goals
โ€” Own HR ops: contracts, payroll, leave โ€” clean, compliant, no surprises

โ€” Strong recruiting track record in DTC / Ecom or performance marketing companies โ€” this is the #1 filter

โ€” Experience closing roles in creative + performance org structures (strategists, media buyers, growth leads)

โ€” Concrete numbers: how many roles closed, how fast, how many stayed

โ€” High energy, sharp thinker, operates without hand-holding

Base discussed on the call โ€” we outpay. Performance bonus on top.
