Business Development Manager (Affiliate / SEO Focus)

We are a young and ambitious product IT company from Ukraine, building innovative iGaming solutions with strong investment backing in the United States.

We are currently scaling fast and looking for a Business Development Manager who is ready to grow with us, influence the product, and drive expansion in the US market.
 

🔴 The Role

We’re looking for a strong affiliate-driven Business Development Manager with a focus on SEO — someone who is not just an executor, but a business-minded professional.

This role is about building partnerships, closing deals, and expanding our presence in the US iGaming market. You should have an existing network, proven cases in the US, and be comfortable representing the company at major international conferences.
 

🔴 What You’ll Do

• Build and develop partnerships with affiliates (SEO-focused) in the US market
• Negotiate and close deals with key partners
• Expand and manage your own network of contacts
• Represent the company at international conferences and events (Next.io, G2E, World Summit, etc.)
• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to business strategy
• Work closely with product and marketing teams to improve performance and partnerships
• Analyze partner performance and optimize collaboration models
   

🔴 Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development / Affiliate Management in iGaming
• Strong expertise in affiliate marketing with a focus on SEO
• Proven cases and contacts in the US market
• Experience attending and networking at international conferences
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Business-oriented mindset with a focus on results
• Upper-Intermediate+ English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel to the US for events and meetings
